By using the InRaise platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing and using InRaise. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Services
Our platform provides tools and services for automated lead generation on LinkedIn, including but not limited to data collection, analysis, lead generation, and campaign management. Services are provided in accordance with UAE law, including data protection requirements.
InRaise is not affiliated with LinkedIn. InRaise is not responsible for LinkedIn’s policies. InRaise is not responsible for the user’s personal account(s) or the purposes for which the product is used. InRaise is not liable if a user’s account is blocked due to actions performed by the user.
3. Account Registration
To use our platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. Failure to comply with this requirement violates the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. The user must not share their password with third parties. If this occurs, the user is responsible for any resulting damages or losses. In the event of a security breach or unauthorized use of the user’s account, the user must immediately report it to InRaise technical support.
4. Account Creation and Profile Setup
To use the platform’s functionality, you need to register an account. We will ask you to provide your first name, last name, email address, account password, and a temporary code sent to the email address used during registration.
To use the InRaise platform, you will need to connect your LinkedIn account by entering the email used for LinkedIn registration and selecting the country where the account will operate. After payment of your chosen plan, you will be granted access to LinkedIn authorization and full platform functionality according to the purchased plan.
Within your InRaise account, you can use an unlimited number of LinkedIn profiles. Adding each profile requires the purchase of an additional license.
In the campaign settings, you can adjust the parameters for your LinkedIn account(s).
5. Platform Functionality
On the platform, you can perform various activities to automate your marketing efforts on LinkedIn. We will store and process the following categories of information:
- Tasks that you create and manage on the platform;
- Messages you send through LinkedIn, including date and time, recipient information, and message content;
- Statistics and analytics regarding the performance of your campaigns;
- AI-assisted assessment of the relevance of responses to your messages.
6. Requesting a Product Demo
Before registering an account, you can sign up for a free platform demonstration. To register, we will ask for your first name, last name, company name, email address, and desired account type (individual/group/agency).
Additionally, you can access previously recorded tutorials via the provided YouTube link.
We will use this information to select and offer you the most suitable demo type and to inform you about available pricing plans on the platform. By subscribing to the demo, you may also opt-in to receive our newsletter.
7. Technical Support
You can submit a support request via email at contact@inraise.pro. We use this information to provide necessary assistance, troubleshoot, and improve platform performance, as well as analyze the effectiveness of our marketing and product efforts.
8. Third-Party Access to Information
We use the following third-party software solutions:
- Open-source libraries and solutions;
- AI for assessing the relevance of responses to your messages.
9. Platform Use
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- The platform must not be used for spamming, fraud, or other illegal activities.
- You are fully responsible for all actions carried out under your account. Your use of the platform must comply with UAE laws.
10. Payment and Refunds
- Access to certain platform features may require payment.
- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by UAE law.
- Payments are processed in accordance with UAE laws, including consumer protection requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
Use of InRaise is entirely at the user’s own risk. InRaise is a secure tool that can be used from anywhere in the world at any time. InRaise is not liable for any interruptions in product availability. In the event of scheduled maintenance, InRaise will notify its users, except in emergency situations.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UAE law.
